Baby Dedication Application

The Bible says children are a heritage and a reward from the Lord (Psalm 127:3) and we want to celebrate this gift with you! God has given you, as Christian parents, the incredible responsibility of raising your child in the ways of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4), and you are to do all you can to “set apart” your child to God. By dedicating your child to the Lord, you commit yourselves to raising your child in God’s ways and not your own. Baby dedications are open to families who call Harvest their home church and who have at least one parent that is a Christian. Our focus for baby dedications is children 3 years and younger. However, we consider each family on an individual basis. Once this application is submitted, we will contact you to set up an opportunity to meet with a pastor. Please be assured that all information is confidential and is only used to assist us in preparing for your child's dedication.
